Garrett Schempp
Garrett pairs finance and operations training with hands-on marketing know-how. He began his career in strategy consulting and banking before serving in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer, then earned his MBA from UVA's Darden School of Business. After buying a seamless gutter business in South Florida, he learned digital marketing the hard way — by auditing exactly what his own agency was, and wasn't, doing. Which is why he reads a P&L and an ad dashboard with equal fluency.
Les Williams
Les is a finance leader with over eight years managing spend for large corporations. An accounting grad and Certified Management Accountant (CMA), he's been a controller and finance manager across the waste services, manufacturing, and transportation industries, and is completing his MBA at UVA's Darden School of Business. Les brings the discipline of corporate finance to every account — rigorous about the numbers, focused on return, and unwilling to let spend outrun results.
